This project is all about the Data Conversion from existing brokerage backoffice to our new backoffice system. The format of data was different, functionality was different for each data field. Involved myself from requirement analysis phase to designing the technical solution and implementing it successfully within scope of time and money. There were some technical challenges and people challenges which we have overcome successfully and completed the project, for which my team has received the Extra Mile award.
I would have mitigate the risk of employee attrition.
