Went from 75% virtualized to 98% virtualized during our recent migration and reduced resource use with Turbonomic
This was the smoothest of the four datacenter migrations I have been a part of. The only thing I would change would be to make sure of the application dependencies to avoid any issues with latency from apps being separated.
