Enterprise Service Management
This initiative included a comprehensive solution selection engagement (via RFP and associated activities), partner selection, team development, organizational change management, project planning, communications, and more. The company was retiring an IT-specific service management application and sought to establish a cross-organizational model of work intake and management that would be less exclusive to the IT organization.
In this example, not all of the industry leaders were invited to participate in the RFP and corresponding solution evaluation and selection activities. This is something I would change for future projects like this one.
