Cisco Webex to Zoom - Transitioned from the Cisco Cloud for voice, chat, and conferencing services to Zoom services. Currently in the process of updating conference rooms to accommodate hybrid conferencing.
Cisco was reliable, secure and has its own hardware. Zoom took a while to become secure, though users prefer to use it over Webex. It probably was not possible to do it differently due to product update/timing challenges.
