Project Description
Orange has launch a full digital mobile bank in Ivory, the aim of the platform is to imforce the financial inclusion and enable customers to have a better access to financial services (picoloan, saving account, current account, etc.) credit in few second from their digital devices.
As main technical project manager for the i was in charge of the compliance stream :
o Project management with agile Scrum
- Feasibility, Communication, Planning, Sprint planning, product backlog, daily, sprint execution, sprint review, retrospective, definition of done, dashboard, Coproj, Copil
o Requirement gathering and system architecturing and design, data maping .
o Building a dedicated Compliance infrastructure (Esx, Compute, Storage, Network, Security)
o Middleware and Oracle database 19c installation and configuration
o Compliance Siron 18 installation and configuration. Siron KYC for Customer screening (batch and real time) Siron AML for transaction screening (batch). Siron Embargo real time transaction screening (swift files, SICA, etc)
o Intégration with Core Banking System T24 of Temenos
o HLRA – High Level Risk Analysis and systems hardening
• Technical environment : Oracle Database 19c, Jira, Siron KYC/AML/ KYC Real Time, Embargo, Azure Cloud T24, Zeidon, tomcat, Linux Redhat
