I am one of the chosen five coaches for the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) and Privacy Development Lifecycle (PDL) within our client organization. I facilitate security and privacy workshops for more than 48 software development and engineering teams tasked with creating, managing, and maintaining several hundred enterprise and business applications. Every quarter, I assist development teams in identifying actionable security tasks through guided self-assessments, helping them prioritize necessary security activities. My efforts have greatly enhanced the security and privacy maturity of all SDL teams I coach, while also fostering a shift in organizational culture.
