An international vendor whose name begins with "A", backed one of our customers into a corner at renewal time. About 45 days before their communications and phone system support contract expired they announced to the customer that they have their own cloud and that the customer would have to "sign the new agreement", buy new phones and port to a new platform. Our customer asked us what we could do and we converted them to a UCaaS system in thirty days. They have 100 users and three locations.
