SHV- Calor UK. Single Customer View and Digital Services Integration
The system utilises Apteco’s FastStats for front-end access and dotmailer as an email service provider. A SQL Server Database, with SSIS packages was created to cope with around 5 core feeds, and then adhoc feeds. A Cygnus data management process, is built into the SSIS process to perform a large number of data transforms, cleansing to UK PAF, deduplication, enhancement and structuring of the data. There are integrations to various web services used internally and externally. The system is hosted in a Class 1 data centre with high levels of physical and application security including SSL, https: etc.
Calor use the system to generate business insight and conduct campaign work, including digital integrations with web services for billing.
