Project Description

Primary Objective was to digitize the overall manual process of new customer acquisition and on-boarding thereby enhancing the journey and experience resulting in reducing time to market and turn-around time saving cost for insurance policy sales and enable new channel for lead generation, customer acquisition, on-boarding and sales including post-sales (viz. administration and post sales service) for new/existing customers. Part of the Transformation program was to Creation of Corporate website with rich and responsive. Portal for Assisted and Non-assisted lead generation, customer acquisition, on-boarding, sales and post sales process. Creation of mobile application for assisted and non-assisted customer journey for new/existing customers.

Lessons Learned

Definitely, Feature Flag driven Event driven microservices architecture with cloud implementation. DevOps for Optimizing deployment.
