Project Description
Developed and implemented a Quality and Safety Health Environment Management System. This included content management, eDocument & Records Management System, automated workflows for document management, risk assessments, incident management, auditing, inspections and corrective actions.
Lessons Learned
I would have evaluated products that are currently on the market and paid for solution, as opposed to building one from inception. This took 1 year to develop.
