Hi community professionals, I work at a large consulting company. At the moment, I'm researching these two SOAR products: Swimlane and Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR. In your opinion, which of them provides the better value and why? I appreciate your help.

Weaknesses Some consider Cortex XSOAR more complex to use than Swimlane, and it may not be as well-suited for small and medium-sized businesses. Swimlane Strengths It is reported that Swimlane is easy to use and is known for having a powerful workflow engine.
