We use ADAudit Plus to track all the login events for each user, including all the domain accounts for every employee. If there are multiple machines and users attempting to log in, and there are login failures on one of them, it can be challenging to identify the specific machine causing the issue.
For example, if a user has left their phone at home, which is configured with their email password, and the password has expired, it may result in repeated failed login attempts due to the auto-login feature in Exchange. This can lead to the user's account being locked out.
