When we are facing any kind of issue, we connect with the Nutanix support team. There are multiple options to contact them. You can directly have a call with them. Nutanix also provides portal access to all Nutanix customers. It is a ticketing portal. You can raise a ticket through the portal, and accordingly, an engineer will be assigned to you. I would rate their support a ten out of ten. I have been in the industry for seven years, and I have worked with multiple virtualization products, such as VMware, Citrix, and Hyper-V. The level of support that Nutalix provides is unbelievable. They are highly skilled. With VMware, you have to deal with the L1 and L2 levels of support, which is not the case with Nutanix. A single engineer can resolve your issues. In the last three years, we have faced issues three to four times. In the same call, they managed to resolve multiple issues.
