What is our primary use case?
I use the solution in my company as a PAM tool. For privileged access management, there are tools like senhasegura SaaS, BeyondTrust, One Identity, and CyberArk. CyberArk is the greatest tool from the aforementioned list. PAM is a component of CyberArk. In senhasegura, the tool is made to be in an all-in-one way. In One Identity, there was a separate component. I didn't do my full research on BeyondTrust.
What is most valuable?
The most valuable features of the solution stem from the fact that everything is good in the tool. It is an amazing product. As a tool, senhasegura is easier to deploy. CyberArk is the most advanced, but BeyondTrust is not as good. One Identity is not bad, but it's not tolerant when it comes to huge sessions. In comparison, CyberArk is the advanced and the oldest tool while senhasegura is the easiest one to deploy.
What needs improvement?
CyberArk is the oldest tool and the most experienced one that can be integrated with a lot of interfaces and platforms, which is a huge advantage. A product like senhasegura is very new on the market and is doing very well while also growing very fast. Again, they are very good at integrating with several platforms. The tool is growing and I see a really good future for the tool.
The tool has to improve its interface and make the product more user-friendly. In CyberArk, we need more dashboards to monitor things. In senhasegura, again, we need the personalizable dashboards.

One person is enough to deploy the tool.
From time to time, someone has to monitor the tool.
The solution is deployed on the cloud and on-premises models.

What other advice do I have?
The automated provisioning in senhasegura is flawless and the same as CyberArk.
When it comes to senhasegura SaaS, things are done from a different point of view. Things are really good in senhasegura SaaS. The product does not copy features from other tools and instead prefers to self-develop some new functionalities. The point of view of senhasegura SaaS is different, as it is much less dependent on Microsoft products and is all Linux-based, making it very fast. The tool doesn't need maintenance, like some Microsoft products. It is very easy to integrate the tool with other software.
AI integration has been introduced in sehnasegura, as per what I saw on LinkedIn.
I rate the tool a nine out of ten.
