It's a suite of solutions. Based on your requirements, and your license, you get the solutions you need.
We handle inventory management, including mapping devices in the network. This assists with patching. We can see critical vulnerabilities and devices in need of patches.
For a customer that had 4,000 devices, and at the time they had something that only supported Windows. We suggested this product, and the client was able to manage inventory and patch beyond just Windows devices. It helped them maintain compliance and patching permissions. They could do all the patching of all the devices within a week - offering less downtime.
The patching is great. It's very fast. It also allows you to rate the patches to suggest how critical a patch would be. That allows you to deploy critical vulnerabilities first.
Technical support is very helpful and responsive.
The stability is good.
Its scalability is okay.
The deployment of patches is too complex. You have too many tasks to handle the actual job. It also has a lot of hardware requirements and resources. It needs to be lighter and easier.
If they could introduce it on the cloud, it would be ideal.
I've been using the solution for two and a half years.
I'd rate the stability eight out of ten. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It also cuts down on overall downtime as well.
I'd rate the scalability between seven and eight out of ten.
We do have plans to increase the solution in the future.
Technical support is very good. At the time of implementation, they'll assist you with architecture and insights.
We've deployed it on-premises, and it is pretty complex to set up.
I wasn't part of the pricing process. It's outside my scope.
We are not using the latest version. We tried to get it; however, unfortunately, we could not get it.
I'd invite others to understand the process flow of patching. If you go wrong there, you need to start from scratch.
I would rate the solution nine out of ten.
