Its online resources are highly valued, though role simplification is needed, and it lacks automation for reserve deployment. Despite ARM templates aiding DevOps pipelines, Terraform's versatility makes it preferred for multi-cloud environments. ARM's challenge lies in maintenance and modularization, and its tags do not cascade beneath group-level applications like policies.
