Easy to use with a good dashboard and excellent threat protection
If you want a customized feature, it is generally rejected or takes too much time to integrate. If you face a problem on your console, only R&D from the support team can check the backend of the product. Sometimes this causes delays in solution time. The errors should be more visible to admin users. If you are responsible for regulations such as keeping your corporate important data in your country, this scenario is also possible with this product but sometimes it creates problems with viewing encrypted data.
