Handles large volumes of data with ease, but the self-service portal must be more user-friendly
My advice depends on an organization’s needs. If an organization has a large volume of data, Delphix is a good choice. It is robust and very efficient with large volumes of data and different kinds of databases. If someone is looking for a one-stop solution with all features and capabilities, they must consider a different tool. Overall, I rate the product a six or seven out of ten.

Performs real-time replication without data loss, but we cannot do much automation
The setup with the classic GoldenGate architecture was easy. Oracle has now moved to Microservices Architecture. It is a real pain. There are a lot of new things we have to learn. I rate the ease of setup of the classic architecture a seven out of ten. For Microservices, I rate the ease of setup a three out of ten. The deployment takes a couple of hours. We need one system administrator to deploy the tool. We need to maintain the tool. We are a team of four people. We need at least three people for maintenance. The time taken for maintenance depends on how big the environment is. We spend a lot of time on maintenance because our environment is big.
