Lacks multi-platform support and physical infrastructure but excels in storage optimization
We use it for VM backup and Office 365 backup I find the solution to be user-friendly and easy to manage and deploy. It provides storage for Office 365, which is beneficial, and the deduplication technology is excellent, especially in optimizing storage capacity compared to others. In terms of…

The solution can be used for DR testing and allows running an infinite number of full backups
When we consider the backup model of other products like Veeam, their incremental backup just adds to their first full backup. With Veritas System Recovery, we have the option to run an infinite number of full backups according to our requirements. With my cloud version of Veritas System Recovery, I can have a full backup every month, which is not possible with any other vendors. Other vendors will claim that the original copy is strong enough, but the customers have to ensure that bugs won't cause any problems in the future. However, with Veritas System Recovery, you can run a full backup this month and again run a full backup on the first or thirtieth day of the next month.

This can render the automation less valuable."
