SAP is likely transitioning to S4, so it is unlikely that they will continue to use NetWeaver. In NetWeaver, unlike in S4, the dialogue processes do not heal on their own if the system becomes occupied. This can lead to system performance issues as there is no buffer for further users. On the other hand, S4 automatically manages load balancing and does not allow dialogue processes to use more than 80 percent of the system, leaving the remaining 20 percent for other users. This logic is not present in NetWeaver, which could have been beneficial had it been implemented in S4.
