I have been using Google Hangouts for approximately two years.

The solution is stable.

I did not contact support because the solution is very easy to use.

I have previously used Zoom. I have found that Google Hangouts hand Zoom operates fairly similarly.

the setup of Google Hangouts was very easy. It did not take long to start using it, it was very quick.

I would recommend this solution to others. My children at school use it all the time at school.

I rate Google Hangouts a ten out of ten.

I primarily use the solution for meetings. I can meet with people virtually with it. 

It's very user-friendly.

The security should be improved. They could be better at it. Maybe they should offer more security features.

To deploy the product, you just have the Gmail account, and then it is in there. It's another functionality on the Gmail G-Suite.

Google Meet has excellent audio quality, good images, and a robust set of features.

I believe the services meet my requirements adequately, and I am satisfied. However, there is not a particular one that stands out as exceptional.

As someone who is not very familiar with technology, I find it acceptable. I prefer to wait and see what they will come up with in the future.

However, I notice that they keep introducing new features that are better than the previous ones.

I use it every day.

I have not had any issues with the stability of Google Meet.

In my opinion, it is a scalable product.

We have been using Google Hangouts for video conferencing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Google Hangouts is very quick and easy to use, and the quality is very good.

I would like to have a whiteboard feature, where I can draw a sketch or diagram and show it to the people in the meeting.

Support for recording meetings would be helpful.

We have been using Google Hangouts for about three months.

Google Hangouts is a scalable system. We have had meetings that include at least ten members and it has been fine.

I have not been in contact with Google's technical support.

Prior to Google Hangouts, I have used Cisco Webex for web conferencing and meetings. I found that the voice and image are much more clear in Hangouts, compared to Webex. In fact, I think that the biggest difference between them is that the voice in Google Hangouts is better.

This solution is quite easy to set up. You can create a meeting using the calendar and it starts working. It can be started in a matter of seconds.

We are users of Google G-Suite, so we did not consider other options.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

The screen-sharing feature is the most valuable feature. 

I have been using Google Hangouts for one year.

Google Hangouts is wonderful in order to communicate with the rest of the world. 

I would rate Google Hangouts an eight out of ten. Not a ten because there's room for improvement. Sometimes there is disconnectivity.
