Saves reports you have run. You can view a history of completed and approved items. Offers no ability to do analytics from within the system.

  • It saves reports you have run
  • You can view your history of completed/approved items

How has it helped my organization?

It did not improve the way our organization functions. It unfortunately created inefficiency in our processes due to the limitations of the product.

We like the Competency module to analyze individual gap levels for training purposes. They are reluctant to change/modify product code to fit different clients needs.

What is most valuable?

We like the Competency module, which we modified, to analyze individual gap levels for training purposes.

How has it helped my organization?

HRIS records are updated with the latest information and more employee records can be analyzed.
