Along with its active directory infrastructure, this solution also possesses the ability to recover and exchange, making it a valuable backup tool. However, this solution may not be as suitable for customers who require more of a rough application. Additionally, the management team does not prioritize backup and recovery solutions. But, I believe that this tool is very easy to use. Most probably, one may find customers using other solutions like IBM, BIM Backup, and Acronis, while ManageEngine may not be a common or sought-after solution.

The solution has few features as it does not focus on managing anything in the application. The main feature that the solution has is the way it provides backup in the server appliance. Also, this tool doesn't have the feature to allow all backups on the same server.
What needs improvement?
During the current times, solutions must have a backup system from a main server, and an active directory service. Also, it is no longer important to have a backup for different environments, such as databases, application servers, and web servers. However, ManageEngine RecoveryManager Plus must get a main server for itself.
For how long have I used the solution?
I am a reseller, and I do have experience with ManageEngine RecoverMananger Plus. Our company does have experience in managing all portfolio solutions.

It is a very stable solution.

The solution is more or less scalable because it is very easy to use in a particular environment. You need a person with experience in the main server backup tools.

The license cost for this solution is cheap.
What other advice do I have?
You may need people who know infrastructure, and also, they should more or less know the main servers. However, this shouldn't be a problem for those who possess the relevant skills and knowledge. Also, universities provide preparation opportunities to ensure that individuals are well-equipped to handle any situation. Owing to the aforementioned reasons, I rate this solution a five out of ten.
