We allow non-technical people to use Matillion to load data into our data warehouse for reporting. Thus, it is easy enough to use that we don't always have to get a technical person involved in setting up a data movement (ETL).

However, it faces integration challenges with other databases, has scalability issues for complex data sets, and needs performance improvements. Costs are high, and enhancing multi-environment support would improve Matillion's attractiveness to tech buyers.
