We would like to be to secure access to all of the servers for all of the internal workers and engineers. We would like to have tools that provide us with security for our servers.
I would like to see an improved repository to better see the users.
We have a new project that requires a lot of security we will not continue with SecureLink.

I have been using SecureLink for three years. The company has been using it for approximately eight years.

SecureLink is very stable. We don't have any issues with stability.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
This is not an area that we have had any experience with, as we don't have the need to expand the usage of SecureLink.
How are customer service and technical support?
Technical support is very efficient and very supportive.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The price needs to be lower.
We are not happy with the recent increase in the price.
What other advice do I have?
For those who are interested in using SecureLink, they should compare with other solutions, especially the features that are offered. Do not purchase all of the features. Only take those that are necessary, rather than all of them.
I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
