It's amazing. Instead of taking a video camera and making videos from scratch, we can create them in Synthesia. We pick the right avatar that matches the style we want.
It's easy to learn, even for new employees. It's very user-friendly and adaptable to different content.
Before Synthesia, recording a 20-minute script could take about one to two days. I had to review the recording to find background noise and edit it. If any change was identified, I had to redo the project. However, with Synthesia, I can have a recording within 20 minutes. It would only need minor tweaks. You could tell the difference between AI recording and human recording, but it improved the course of time in which we made the recording. Our Japanese customers didn't believe that it was AI voice.
The tool's most valuable feature is quickly converting text into a usable audio format. It converts quality text to audio with an accent appropriate for regional dialects.

With Synthesia, I hope that some of its features related to the translation portion will come into place soon...everything in the solution still sounds and looks slightly robotic.
I think Synthesia's audio component could be drastically improved...There's not a whole lot of direction available anywhere on how to do things well on the platform.

Synthesia's compatibility with different learning patterns could be improved. I use it with Squarespace, and it's easy, but it could be better with other elements.
