The token-based two-factor verification (2FA) for user logins is valuable. It's the primary reason we use AuthPoint, and I find it very effective.
WatchGuard AuthPoint can be implemented as a mobile app, eliminating the need for a hardware token. Personal notifications are user-friendly, and the approvals feature is operated by one button. Initial setup is simple, and token-based 2FA is effective for user logins. However, administrators must restrict remote user privileges, and locking should be enhanced for GDPR compliance. Segmenting services and configuring can be challenging, and a tagging process for VPN security is recommended.
