BMC TrueSight Intelligence [EOL] vs BMC TrueSight Operations Management: integration with Operations Management Systems and cost

Hi,

I'm working as the Assistant of General Manager at a Maritime Company with 5000+ employees.

At the moment, we're researching to integrate an AIOps product with our existing operations management systems. Which BMC product (BMC TrueSight Intelligence [EOL] or BMC TrueSight Operations Management) would serve this purpose and how would it be charged? 

Are they both available on-premise rather than on the cloud? How can I make the cost estimation?
