Does Veritas NetBackup Appliance log the creation and removal of user accounts?

Hi community, 

I am an IT Consultant at a small computer and network security company.

Currently, I am unable to see any creation or removal of user account activity being logged into the NetBackup Appliance log. 

I am not sure if I need to enable anything in NetBackup Appliance in order to see the creation or removal of user accounts.
