I think the organizational management of Cornerstone Learning is great. My organization uses this learning software and the way different content types are managed is very useful for our training process. You can easily access different content types through different methods, helping your organization to manage the training process easier. The only flaw that I can find is that the backend isn't the focus of Cornerstone, but rather the user experience. This is great for our trainees, who can receive the best learning experience possible, but for us to manage the platform, I think there's some room for improvement.
