Apollo.io requires minimal maintenance. I use it as needed, and everything works fine except when I run out of credits. I have used it for three different jobs, and it remains very helpful. On a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, I would give Apollo.io an eight. I'm willing to have my review published and can be contacted regarding any questions about this review. I'm also interested in being a reference for Apollo.io.
The product's accuracy of contact details significantly impacts lead-generation efforts. The emails are mostly accurate, but phone numbers may need to be more reliable. I noticed this firsthand when searching for information on Apollo.io, where my cell number was incorrect. As a result, I primarily rely on emails for contact purposes. The solution has not significantly impacted our return on investment in sales prospecting. However, it is a convenient tool for obtaining emails, especially considering the limitations of other sources, which offer a very restricted number of emails in their free plans. For instance, SignalHire provides only ten to fifteen free emails, albeit with high accuracy. I rate it a ten out of ten.

Within the tool, if a lead changes his job or updates his contact details, Apollo.io will notify you, and it's up to you if you want to search for the correct contact details and manually update them within your account. The ten thousand emails I get monthly from Apollo.io is more than enough. I'm not even able to fully use most of the data, so there's no plan to increase Apollo.io usage. I'd tell anyone looking into implementing Apollo.io that it's a good tool for lead generation and finding contact details. Still, if you're looking for a complete sales solution that lets you send mass emails and has a pipeline management function, you should look into other tools, or you could try to integrate Apollo.io with another product. Apollo.io is not a complete tool for email marketing because you still need to integrate it with other tools for pipeline management and other missing features.
