Speaking about the product's integration capabilities, I feel that I am probably not experienced enough to talk about it. Arctic Wolf Managed Detection and Response is still quite immature compared to other providers in the market. The tool sort of integrates with a few products, but it doesn't integrate with everything. The AI-driven tool helps improve detection and response capabilities, but human beings also manage it. You need the best of both worlds because AI can't do everything. One can still get false positives with the tool, so you need a human being. You also need AI to protect yourself against attacks. I probably haven't had enough experience to give a proper opinion, but with my experience this year, I think it is pretty good for its current market. It plays in both corporate and medium-sized companies and corporate-level businesses. The tool is not meant for an enterprise-sized business since there are other tools like CrowdStrike and Splunk, along with more mature solutions. I rate the tool an eight out of ten.

I will recommend the solution to others. It provides more visibility into the environment. If the staff is pretty short-handed, it helps out. Overall, I rate the product a nine out of ten.

Before choosing a security solution, it's crucial to conduct thorough due diligence. Consider factors such as the vendor's approach, strategy, and compliance with data protection regulations like GDPR. Assess the vendor's data centers, their capabilities for shifting data around in case of issues, and their approach to DLP (Data Loss Prevention) detection. Evaluate whether the services offered align with your company's strategy and needs. Review the different agreements provided by the vendor, including Managed Detection and Response, vulnerability management, and incident response features. Check if your existing cyber insurance can be utilized to cover expenses in case of a breach. Consider whether your organization requires services like vulnerability management and incident response, and choose accordingly. I rate the product a ten out of ten.
Given the absence of complaints from our customers regarding the solution, I would rate Arctic Wolf MDR very highly, perhaps a ten out of ten. It seems to meet our clients' needs effectively.

While we have an appliance on-premies, it is available on the cloud as well. We are using the latest version of the solution. The solution does what they say. They don't overpromise and underdeliver. They actually do what their product's supposed to do, and I find that's very hard with vendors. When you deal with the salesperson and then you get the implementation, there are things missing. With Arctic Wolf, you get exactly what you're supposed to get, and it works. I have not had any downtime. I'd rate the solution ten out of ten. They're one of the only vendors I would actually give references for.

This is not a set-and-forget solution. You do need to make sure to pay attention to alerts and reports, and you will need to adjust things as you go along. They are an extension of your team, not one that stays on an island.
Go with Arctic Wolf - you won't regret it. I just signed on for three more years after only signing for one year, then again for a second single year. My experience has been so good that I signed up for three full years this time.

I would rate this solution as nine out of ten. It's a good product. It covers us 24/7. It doesn't have nearly as many false alarms as our own internal alerting systems because they're weeding a lot of things out. There's a lot of proactive help if something important needs to be updated or if there are workarounds that need to be applied.
The advice I would give to others looking into implementing this service is to strongly consider deploying with a MDR provider instead of in-house. Overall, I would give Arctic Wolf AWN CyberSOC a nine out of 10. It is a good product.
I like it. Look at CrowdStrike too. With the increased requirements for cybersecurity insurance, the ROI is getting very easy. I personally have not implemented it.

It is a straightforward solution. It is not complicated. Its deployment is also straightforward. I would rate it a 10 out of 10. They alerted us when there was a big vulnerability, so we're happy with their solution.
The management of this product requires a specialized skill. There are many complexities around deploying that consume a lot of time and effort. However, if you're highly security conscious, Arctic Wolf does a good job detecting incidents that come to your notice through your MSP partners. It's a choice between how critical security is for you. For large companies with high security requirements, it would make sense to have it in the cabinet. I rate this solution a seven out of 10.
