It's not a very heavy application, and it doesn't slow down the endpoints. Also, there is also the VPN option if you want to make some financial transactions. Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten.

I would recommend using it, but under specific circumstances. If I understood their situation and knew they had a security analyst or someone actively engaged in their security, I'd recommend it. If I sense that budget is the primary constraint, with projects often not getting approved or delayed due to funding, then I wouldn't recommend Falcon Complete. I'd discuss Bitdefender as an option. Overall, the customers using it had high satisfaction. Since I never had any pushback on renewals, I'd have to rate it an eight out of ten. I'm not a Bitdefender user myself, but the customers who did use it and were satisfied didn't argue when it came time for renewal.
I highly recommend that those planning for EDR consider MDR as it provides high value and reduces the attack surface significantly. The solution also provides early warnings and can reduce up to 99.9% of threats. Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten.

Bitdefender is a very good tool, and it can protect networks efficiently. One of my clients had an issue with ransomware, and Bitdefender couldn't help to recover the client's files and folders. I recommend the solution because it is easy to use and cheap. They are doing their best to improve tools for the future. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

Managed detection and response (MDR) services identify and limit the impact of security incidents within a customer’s environment.
This service leverages 24/7 monitoring, technologies deployed at the host and network layers, advanced analytics, threat intelligence, and human expertise in incident investigation to remove threat actors from customer environments.
