We use Citrix Workspace on Citrix Cloud. We have all of our servers on the AWS public cloud. There are a number of tools that we can implement that would save us costs. However, we've stuck to Citrix for convenience. If the prices keep increasing, we will have to consider other solutions. Users need to understand the tool's limitations correctly and what they require from a usability perspective. They should also understand the configuration of security policies. In some cases, people are unable to download or upload files onto their PCs, which is necessary for them to do their work. Users should understand the limitations of the product or the configuration options. Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.
Citrix Workspace is a suite of solutions. With a single pane of glass, administrators can monitor the Citrix environment to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks. This setup enhances user experience through Citrix Analytics dashboards, which provide insights into the Zen desktop environment. These dashboards allow you to pinpoint real-time issues that may affect users or applications. Citrix Workspace functions as a unified solution, though you can also opt for Citrix Workspace apps and desktops separately. By choosing Citrix Workspace, you benefit from administration, management, and user experience. Citrix Workspace can be recommended for remote work requirements. However, given the current market conditions and the various options available, it is important to consider cost-effectiveness and suitability. There are also some cheaper options. If they can make it comparative, then it's a perfect solution. We usually recommend Microsoft AVD solutions based on customer suitability. Everything is there with AVD because of the combination of Azure, the robust security, and everything borrowed from Microsoft. When integrated with Microsoft, Citrix Workspace complements Microsoft's zero-trust security model by enhancing authentication and authorization processes. Historically, Microsoft and Citrix have collaborated to provide comprehensive solutions to customers, combining their strengths to deliver robust security and efficient management. We recommend Microsoft AVD. The majority of our customers also use Citrix. There are some VMware Horizon View customers, but their numbers are currently very low due to recent acquisitions. As a result of these acquisitions, many customers are considering moving away from VMware. I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

My advice for those considering Citrix Workforce is that if you want to access your applications in a very secure environment and control everything, this is the perfect solution. Overall, I rate Citrix Workforce nine out of ten.
In terms of security features, the product offers MFA functionalities. Citrix has yet to disclose some issues with the tool's security features. I heard that Citrix found some loopholes in the product, and they have yet to be covered up. The product can be easily integrated with other tools. I recommend the tool to others. I rate the tool a seven out of ten.

We use Citrix NetScaler. VMware may offer a similar device. Occasionally, we also utilize a load balancer from a different company. Third-party software integrates well with Citrix Workspace, as it is built to meet specific requirements and can easily integrate with other products. Citrix has reached a high level of maturity with the introduction of their cloud technology. Although they encourage cloud usage, their on-premises environment still holds value. Additionally, their cloud-based PVS solution offers promising advantages. Citrix Workspace provides a stable environment for users to access the Citrix build environment. Once modifications are completed, users can easily access it without encountering significant issues within the environment. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
In my company's daily operations, we use the product to provide virtualized desktops to users. The tool eases up the replacement of PCs. It also requires very less physical parts, making it a greener product. The product helps in the functioning of remote or hybrid work in our company since once it is implemented in the environment, it is much safer to use when compared to VPNs. Users can access the data center with the help of the product since they just get to use the screen, and it is a lot more secure than the offerings from the other solution. To get the ability of the security aspect of Citrix Workspace to meet the organizational needs, our company needs to put in a bit of effort. It is not an easy solution when it comes to the security aspect. The automation capabilities of the product that streamlines processes is not an area that is required much since our organization does not deal with a lot of automation involving Citrix Workspace. I recommend the product to others who plan to use it. Before opting for the product's implementation, one should be aware of their hardware and have really good sizing capabilities. I rate the product's integration capabilities a seven out of ten, considering it integrates well with other products. I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

Citrix Workspace substantially enhances team productivity. It allows us to mute users who adhere to a policy of not allowing direct VPN access for security reasons. It is easy to use. No essential documentation is available for understanding the integration process with existing infrastructure. We have to refer to other portals more than Citrix for the same. I rate it a nine out of ten.
It's pretty easy to handle and train employees. It's quite good. People can easily learn the product. Troubleshooting Citrix is pretty straightforward. People who want to use the solution must plan the budgeting properly. They must plan how many people will use Citrix because there shouldn’t be any unused licenses. The licenses are really expensive. If we plan it incorrectly, we will have a financial crisis. Overall, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.
If you only have a few users, it's hard to justify the costs. So using this solution will depend on individual use cases. I like this solution. Overall, I would rate it a ten out of ten.

I would advise being mindful of what you need and ensuring that the functionality that you need is built into it, and the tool is capable of providing it. I would also advise ensuring that the deployment addresses it so that you're not left with missing functionality. I would rate it a seven out of ten.

If you're a medium-scale or a small-scale business, it works great. As far as I know, our agency didn't have a whole lot of issues other than the people who live out in the country. We did have a few issues with those people, but once we got them set up through their own Wi-Fi and everything, it was great. It was just a simple tweaking, but it's a good, stable product. It really is. I would rate it a nine out of ten. The reason I'm going to give it a nine and not a ten is that overall, it is a good, stable product, but people who live out and not in city limits could have issues setting it up at first. If there's bad weather with rain or wind, they may have some connectivity issues.
My advice to others is the initial installation is always straightforward, it's the second phase that you need a lot of good assistance or a lot of assistance to get it working right or working well. If you go into it thinking you can learn as you go, it's not that kind of solution. It is similar to VMware. The whole element about it is that installing the solution is easy and getting things up and running is not a problem, but getting it to work well in the environment requires a lot of expertise and you need to pay the money to get that to work well. I rate Citrix Workspace a ten out of ten.

Azure Desktop has been released and we will be using this along with Citrix Workspace. When we want to use something, we need to first have Citrix Workspace. I have Citrix Workspace and on top of that, I can use Microsoft Azure Desktop, which may allow me to program in that machine. Citrix Workspace is the base and it works fine with most of our products. Definitely, I would recommend Citrix Workspace to others who are interested in using it. It's very handy, portable, fast, and easy to install. Also, it is the standard amongst all users. I would encourage everybody to use Citrix Workspace. We are quite satisfied. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.

I would recommend Citrix if the IT team is at a good technical level with people who can deal with many technologies. I would rate Citrix Workspace an eight out of ten.
On a scale from one to ten, I would give Citrix Workspace a rating of nine. I would recommend Citrix Workspace. I would particularly recommend it for a small company like ours. It is exactly what it said it was. From the word go, we've got out of it what we expected. In this day and age, to have that security of knowing that your data is protected is worth its weight in gold. I would happily recommend this solution to somebody, and indeed, I have recommended it in the past to other businesses that I've come in contact with.

For others who are interested in using this solution, I would say try it, go with it. It's not a bad product. Just make sure that you have the bandwidth to run it, and a decent PC, because it is resource-intensive. I would rate Citrix Workspace a nine out of ten.

What I would say to people looking at Citrix Workspace as a solution is to do thorough testing for all applications. In our case, this should have included video conferencing applications. It was something we did not look at specifically probably because it was working well with everything else. On a scale from one to ten where one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate Citrix Workspace as an eight of ten.
