I would rate IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager a six out of ten. The monitoring tool we currently use is outdated and lacks essential features for monitoring customer experience. We face limitations in tasks such as tracing and gaining a comprehensive understanding of our ecosystems. Additionally, it frequently generates excessive alerts, resulting in alert storms and complicating management. Compared to modern monitoring tools like Datadog and Dynatrace, which are considered advancements in the field, our current tool feels like a first or second-generation solution.
