The product is useful for supply chain management since some of the tool's users or clients are in the manufacturing or fashion industries, while some are in distribution and supply chain management. A few of my company's clients who use the product are in the chemical-based industry. It is not me but another team in my company that works on the integration part of the product. I look into integrations involving banks and credit card information. The best advantage of the product revolves around the fact it is easy to set it up in my company. After the tool gets configured, my company can start using it directly. I won't say that the maintenance of the product is easy. I don't see any problems with the product when it comes to maintenance, but sometimes, there are issues on the business side, especially when users delete some wrong data entered into the system instead of making corrections. In general, my company faces some data integrity issues. Around two to three people are required to maintain the product. It is an easy product to plug in and use with other products. Once you are confident with the product, you can start using it. Before purchasing the product, it is important to explore the tool and see whether it meets your company's needs while also considering whether the tool fits within your budget. I rate the tool an eight out of ten.
It is a good tool. It's competing with SAP Fiori. The solution must develop more apps to make the approvals and reporting more convenient. Overall, I rate the product an eight out of ten.
I would rate the tool an eight out of ten. Infor is a good ERP solution for the manufacturing industry. The product is recommended by the Gartner survey. The solution’s technical staff who is responsible for the maintenance and deployment needs to know JavaScript. You can upload or retrieve the data fast since the solution is deployed on AWS.

I give the solution a nine out of ten. The Infor ERP is implemented in many industries and has received positive feedback from all of them. It is a known, reliable, stable, and cost-saving ERP. We first should know what our pain area is. Why do we think we need an ERP, what are our specific requirements, what business lines do we operate in, and is our business in sales, manufacturing, or distribution? Based on our needs, we can select or customize a package for Infor M3 that addresses our pain area. We can see a demo of how Infor M3 can address that pain area. I recommend Infor M3 because it doesn't come in a part. Other ERP products come in a part, so we can buy or implement only the manufacturing module or finance module. Infor M3 comes as a full product. The solution's functionality and advantages for the end user are good compared to other ERPs.
Infor M3 caters to different verticals such as fashion, the chemical industry, manufacturing, and so on. It's a very flexible product. It is also cost effective, and I highly recommend it. I would give Infor M3 an overall rating of eight out of ten.

First, you will need to understand the business and know what is expected from the M3 product. Second, you will need to sit with one of the experts to show him the know-how and to show how to configure this product to achieve the company's main goal. I would rate Infor M3 at nine on a scale from one to ten.

Just like implementing an ERP system, you should define your business processes and map your business in the way you want to work in the future. You should tell your product consultants, "This is how we want to run our business. Please configure your system to do what we want," as opposed to letting the product consultant come in and say, "Oh, look, our system will do this." It shouldn't be done in a way where they set the system up and then the business follows the system. You always have to work the other way around. I would rate it a 10 out of 10. It is a very good system.
