When it comes to the impact of the mapping and transformation features on data integration processes, Informatica has an existing license system where we directly map it to the existing cloud and then run it over the cloud. Any new development activities that we are doing are done directly on the cloud. Informatica has provided this migration tool for lift and shift purposes. With the tool, almost 80 to 90 percent of things are directly convertible from on-prem to cloud services, but through reports, we figured out that 10 percent can't be done, so we have to redo such areas in the cloud. Speaking about the ease of use and learning curve of Informatica, I would say that my total experience is close to thirteen years with ETL tools. I have worked on multiple ETL tools on different clouds. I don't see much difference between IBM Cloud Paks and Informatica Cloud Data Integration. For me, these are more or less similar tools, with just a change in cosmetics. Speaking about Informatica Cloud Data Integration's performance and scalability and how it meets our company's project needs, I would say that we have to buy CPU units. Initially, we had some 10,000 CPU units, and with that, we knew how many credits there were. Most of our systems are in production, so only with the peak loads, our threshold is not going beyond 60 to 70 percent of utilization. Informatica Cloud Data Integration is associated with a bigger integration part where we have around 200 mappings and it works well. I don't see many issues in the tool except in the area of metadata querying. If I want to figure out a particular column of the table that is impacting the number of mappings, previously, we used to go for query, or we used to query in XML format. Currently, we have to call the APIs, but the information that we are after is not that precise. Informatica Cloud Data Integration can be integrated with Salesforce. We can also have some other API integrations. If you have any specific systems, then considering whatever ERPs or legacy systems we have used with the tool, we don't see many issues. I would recommend the tool to others. I would recommend the product to mid-sized companies. At the end of the day, everything is about the number of CPUs or the units that are needed to run it. Everything depends on the number of mappings of the growth prospect of the ETL pipelines that one is going to build. If it is mid-level and companies are above the mid-level zone, Informatica and IBM Cloud Paks are preferable to the other tools. I rate the tool a seven and a half to eight out of ten.
The bank acquired the platform and utilized almost all its services except MDM. We use APIs, messaging, data governance, and data integration for the enterprise. The platform's full range of services is involved. The combination of data integration with application integration is precious to us. It allows us to acquire information through APIs, treat this information via data integration, and generate files or intermediary databases for future consumption by messaging systems. This type of usage is efficient and straightforward to implement. The implementation and usage are simple and effective for our needs. In our daily operations, we receive data from external and internal systems for Kuzena and generate information in real-time for various departments within the bank, such as the risk and human resources departments. The platform’s ability to efficiently deliver this information is precious. When a platform provides data from external systems and other sources, combined with HEP implementation and fast integration, the platform ensures high data quality and the ability to deliver information efficiently. This simplicity allows all departments in the bank to adopt and explore this type of usage easily. I know of other companies using Informatica Cloud, like Ferrero in Chicago. They used Informatica Cloud for three years but migrated to SAP CPI this year. While I know why they made the switch, it's hard to justify it fully. For context, Ferrara produces candies and is owned by Ferrero Rocher in Italy. The IT team in Italy used SAP CPI for data integration, closing their operations with Informatica products. It's surprising, especially because Ferrero had given us positive feedback about Informatica Cloud regarding usage, implementation, and cost. Its open platform allows it to connect with everything you need, making it very versatile and efficient for various integrations. Overall, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.
Speaking about how the tool enhances data governance tasks, I would say that we have three types of users, consisting of the consumer, who are normally a business user, then we have a developer and finally the admin. Our company onboards the user, and then the user can collaborate, comment, ask questions, give ratings to their assets, publish the data to the marketplace and go for downloads. One needs to resolve the problem that stems from the fact that different people can have different understandings of the concepts associated with the tool. A database administrator may see an area as a table, but for a business, it may be a person. The tool gives you a common understanding of the business concept. The tool also provides lineage data and how the business data is performing. It provides an interface between organizational policies, the different processes governed by a certain policy, and the different systems governed by which policy. The tool gives you a 360-degree holistic view of the data. The cloud version of Informatica Axon utilized the AI for the classification purposes, data domain and automatic data tagging. In my company, we use the tool's AI capabilities. I will recommend the tool to others. I rate the tool an eight out of ten.

I would recommend using it because every tool and technology has its pros and cons. If it fits with your organization, especially if you already have the Informatica suite of products in your architecture, Informatica Axon will fit in very easily. Even if you are on a different stack, it might still work. One advantage of Informatica is that they have been in this industry for a long time. They have a strong background in handling data, which is a positive aspect of Informatica Axon. I would definitely recommend it if it meets your standards. Overall, I would rate it a six out of ten; we have yet to utilize all the features. From the organization's standpoint, it has only helped certain business units so far. Additionally, the user intuitiveness is less, and there are some performance issues here and there. I'm not confident enough to give it a nine out of ten because we haven't fully explored the product yet. It meets expectations but does not exceed them, which is why I rate it a six.

I have worked with Informatica Data Quality up to version 10.4, around 2020, about two or three years ago. During that time, there was a code bug at the driver level when connecting to hardware. When attempting to profile data, the system would crash. We had to collaborate with engineers from Informatica to fix the bug, which was eventually resolved in the 10.5.1 release. Informatica Data Quality has its client tool. You can build your code on your laptop and then upload it to the database metadata. However, for some parts of the development, you might need to log into the server to complete the tasks. Informatica Data Quality can build dashboards and integrate with reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI. It also supports integration with tools like Microsoft, Cognos Business Intelligence, and SAP Crystal Reports. This flexibility is a crucial feature of Informatica. As for SaaS, Informatica does offer SaaS options. Additionally, it can interface with statistical software like SAS, allowing users to build code in SAS and then import it into Informatica. This simplifies the process and eliminates the need for manual coding. If you remove the PowerCenter tools, the next closest competitor would be IBM's InfoSphere DataStage. Additionally, there are free, not free, and less expensive community editions of various tools. For instance, Talend offers an open-source ETL tool, while Pentaho has a miniature business version of ETL. Microsoft itself provides ETL tools like SSIS and reporting tools. Data quality is not necessarily tied to any vendor—data is data, and various tools can manage anything that flows in. Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.

EDC is a standalone application, so it doesn’t really make much sense. It doesn’t give you a lot of features that way; it’s primarily for cataloging and classification. Nobody would buy EDC as a standalone application. When people are buying EDC, it’s always with Axon. I recommend buying the solution altogether with Axon. Overall, I rate the solution as seven out of ten.
Informatica Axon has a Marketplace that comes at an additional cost. Other tools like Collibra have built-in collaboration features, and you don't need to buy them separately. Collaboration features like collaborating on data sets, tagging them, and making a request are available in the Informatica Axon Marketplace. It's not difficult to maintain the tool as long as someone has been trained in administration because Axon has many components. You need to understand how to change the logo of your screen size and how to change the dashboard wizard. You also need to understand the product's configurations with other tools, personalize your dashboard, customize it, and add roles. There is a learning curve there. You need to train a person to be an administrator, and once they are trained, they can do the role better. There is an NLP enabled with the solution, but it is not really that great. There is still room for growth in Informatica Axon's AI space. Although expensive, Informatica Axon is very easy to learn, and you don't need to customize it much. Once you have the tool, you start uploading things. The solution is very easy to use because it has proper documentation and user guides. If you want to set up business rules, Informatica Axon will give you a readymade template and ask you to start filling it out. You will be told about the mandatory and non-mandatory fields, and as long as you understand what the fields are required for, it's very easy to start filling out. Someone new to governance can get the hang of it and easily start filling in the details. You can have Axon implemented very quickly. I am more involved with governance, cataloging lineage, EDC, and IDQ. I am getting a little bit into master data management and data security. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
Informatica covers the widest area of technologies in comparison to other vendors and they also have a network of partners who develop add-ons for extending functionalities or data source technologies which could be integrated with Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog. The solution provider has a wide partner ecosystem to provide features on APIs and special custom formats that could be imported or integrated into varying processes. The solution's features can be extended and the vendor provides useful documentation and training on it. Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog is a reliable platform due to its extensibility and cooperation with other partners. I would overall rate the product an eight out of ten. I would definitely recommend others to use the solution, given that there isn't a requirement for in-depth analysis. The critical data lineage feature acts as a link between every aspect of data governance, including an explanation of the data journey and its history which reflects the business growth. The powerful AI capabilities of the solution allow you to automate the management of massive amounts of data, especially the aspect of associating technical metadata with business terms. When dealing with millions of data attributes its not possible to manage data manually, therefore Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog is needed to automate 60 to 80 percent of data association between business terms and harvested technical terms. If the Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog deployment is carried out efficiently, it can greatly impact your organization and enable business capabilities to further improve business processes.

The automated data lineage feature utilization depends upon the integration, which is why, in our organization, we had all our key applications integrated that derived automated lineages. But there were unknown applications as well, which, due to the lack of integrations, needed to be manually plugged in. The mainframe integration with Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog is highly complex. At our organization, due to the aforementioned complexity, we had to import all the data of the mainframe into Informatica. If you are able to integrate the tool with your core applications and systems, then the data lineage duration is pretty simple and this structure is the same for competitor tools as well. In our company, we might explore in the near future how Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog can assist with AI capabilities. I would overall rate the solution as eight out of ten. To anyone looking to use Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog, I would say if they are willing to understand the company data, then the professional should gather sufficient technical knowledge about the product or take assistance from an Informatica expert because it's not a straightforward tool.
All the tools have similar capabilities. There is nothing superior in Informatica. I'm a software integrator. I work for an IT company. I'm not the consumer. I will recommend the product to others, but it depends on the customers’ needs. If an organization needs a good customer master, product master, or partner master, Informatica MDM will be a good choice. The solution has been in the industry for quite a long time. It has all the elements I look for in a master data management system except for customer support. All other things are fine. Overall, I rate the solution a seven and a half out of ten.
I would recommend the solution to other users because of its reliability and stability. Compared to other product vendors, Informatica MDM always has additional features. Informatica MDM has a CLAIRE AI engine, which helps with AI automation. Overall, I rate the solution eight and a half out of ten.
I recommend that others test Informatica MDM with different integration tools before making a purchase decision. I also advise others to evaluate the use cases before choosing a product. Other popular competitor tools in the market include Collibra and SAP MDG. Informatica MDM fits our organization's use cases perfectly. When a customer of our company has a plethora of business products, VOCs need to be implemented, even if it's a different MDM solution than Informatica MDM. Some customers depend on a single technology ERP, while others work with Oracle ERP or SAP, and sometimes they are using ERP and Informatica MDM in combination or migrating from one ERP to another. These use cases will impact the setup that already exists on the customer's site, and thus, the solution needs to be configured accordingly. I would rate Informatica MDM as eight out of ten.
Our data management processes primarily use Informatica to connect to data sources, scan metadata to obtain physical data and perform data classification. Subsequently, we create business terms to establish a business glossary repository within the platform. The features that have been most effective in improving our data governance include auto-classification and the ease of exploration and navigation within the tool. It can automatically connect or associate business terms with various options, providing flexibility beyond general capabilities. The AI-driven discovery capability has significantly enhanced our data cataloging processes. Utilizing AI for auto-classification and discovery has been particularly beneficial. However, there is room for improvement in certain areas for understanding the data. It has adapted well to changes in our data landscape, seamlessly accommodating new types of data sources. It offers flexibility in adding new data sources and supporting multiple data connectors. Looking ahead to the future of Informatica Data Catalog, data lineage will be a significant trend influencing the product. These features are currently available, but there is potential for further enhancement and detail. It will enable organizations to comprehensively understand their data and its relationships with business processes and regulatory requirements. I highly recommend it to others and rate it a nine out of ten.
Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. I would recommend it due to the consistency of vision and very good integration between different products of Informatica. It offers wide coverage, the widest coverage of technologies from the major players.

The feature of the product that I find the most beneficial for data warehousing tasks is the use of the tool for extracting and loading purposes, which depends upon the connector's availability. Many connectors in Informatica are not free or out of the box, and you have to purchase them. The tool has quality connectors. I haven't used the tool for real-time data analytics, but I have used it in my company for batch-oriented purposes. Data integration will not be supported in real-time in Informatica Cloud Data Integration. For real-time data integration, you have to go with either the application integration or other products like Informatica PowerExchange. In Informatica Cloud Data Integration, the transformation feature was almost the same as that of Informatica PowerCenter. In Informatica Cloud Data Integration, the transformation features may offer a couple of more functionalities. In terms of the ease of learning that the product provides, I would say that those who have experience with Informatica PowerCenter can easily adopt Informatica Cloud Data Integration. A person who has worked on Informatica Cloud Data Integration may not be comfortable with Informatica PowerCenter. In terms of ease of use, I consider Informatica PowerCenter to be easier than Informatica Cloud Data Integration. I rate the ease of use experience attached to the tool a six out of ten. Only after considering the use cases of people can I recommend the product to them. If a person only wants a product for extraction and loading purposes, then I feel that there are many cheap products in the market that can satisfy their needs. Suppose someone is looking at a tool that offers widespread features, like application integration and real-time functionalities. In that case, all of it comes under Informatica, which can be a good option. The tool is the most expensive one compared to any of the other products in the market, especially in terms of ETL functionalities or integration features. My company has integrated SAP, many databases, and APIs into Informatica Cloud Data Integration. I can see that the performance of the product keeps improving with every new release, especially in the area of job executions, even though the hardware may be the same. I rate the tool a seven out of ten.
The product needs to be adequately supported in the current setup. I advise others to conduct a proof of concept (POC) and assess how it progresses. The learning curve can be steep, but with sufficient time investment, they can also impart knowledge to the users, which is crucial for effective change management. I recommend it to others and rate it an eight out of ten.

Working with a healthcare client with diverse locations, we faced the challenge of analyzing data in isolation, making it difficult to generalize findings across different areas. With the help of Informatica Data Integration Hub, we can collect data from various locations and enhance business insights. We are familiar with centralized publishing and subscription models. It ensures the enforcement of data governance policies across all data sources and consumers, promoting data consistency and quality. The automated artificial data synchronization facilitated by the data integration hub has proven invaluable in supporting our daily operations. It ensures the continuous updating of data, preventing delays and inaccuracies that may arise from using outdated information in analyses. This capability became particularly crucial during the sudden changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, allowing us to adapt swiftly to the evolving business landscape. However, they could provide us with real-time data to increase the efficiency of manufacturing processes. I advise others to understand the different data resources available in the organization before making the purchase decision. I rate it an eight out of ten.

Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten. I absolutely recommend it. If you're looking to implement a Master Data Management (MDM) solution, Informatica MDM is the most flexible tool available in the market. Compared to its competitors, it offers several advantages. Firstly, it provides the option to move seamlessly between on-premise and SaaS versions. If you start with the on-premise version, you can easily transition to the SaaS model later, if needed.
The rule-based strategies feature in Informatica Data Quality has greatly benefited our data quality initiatives. With predefined rules in place, it provides a solid framework for assessing data quality. While data quality ultimately depends on source system updates, these rules give valuable insights and are heavily used alongside automatic profiling for effective data management. Informatica Data Quality works within our IT setup for analyzing and reporting on data quality. It doesn't directly integrate with other tools, but it gives us clear insights. Data flows from sources to Informatica for analysis, and then to data stewards for updates, but there is no integration back to the original applications yet. Navigating between modules within Informatica isn't always seamless. For instance, actions in the catalog might not be visible in the data marketplace. Overall, I would rate Informatica Data Quality as an eight out of ten.
I do not have experience with the new workflow engine. It is much more extensible because it is a full business process engine. Overall, I rate the product a nine out of ten.
The users should have more training on Informatica MDM, especially practical training. The vendor should provide some practical training. Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten.
I would rate Informatica Cloud Data Integration overall as an eight out of ten. It is a comprehensive platform covering data integration, API integration, data quality, data governance, master data, and privacy tools—all within one platform. The accessibility to all functionalities with the purchase of IPUs is a significant advantage compared to the past where certain features required additional payments and permissions.

Informatica Axon is a very good product with an easy implementation phase and a lot of information about the tool available online on the internet. I rate the overall tool an eight out of ten.
For those looking to start using Informatica Axon, my advice is to do thorough research, especially on available solutions, as integration with other software plays a big role. With the Informatica cloud solution, you have the flexibility to choose features that suit your needs. Starting with data quality is usually a good move before diving into more complex tasks. Consider exploring tools like robotics for repetitive or tedious tasks. Having someone experienced with data is a significant advantage, as these projects often have long cycles. Experienced individuals can guide you, help set realistic expectations, and emphasize the need for patience, as data governance projects take time to show results. Overall, I would rate the solution as an eight out of ten.
Ideally, only one person is required to take care of the maintenance part of the product, but with the number of terminals where the solution is deployed, there may be a need for three or four people. I recommend the solution to those who plan to use it. I rate the overall solution an eight out of ten.
I won't be able to speak on how I can recommend the solution to others since my suggestions will have to be based on the product's features and technical details. I wouldn't be able to point out anything about the product in detail, especially since I am not much of an end user. Based on the feedback that I have received about the product from my company's customers, I rate the overall product a seven or eight out of ten.
If a customer or business wants to easily maintain their data domains, they can opt for Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog. I rate the overall product an eight to nine out of ten.

If it has been implemented effectively, I would say it is the best solution. When considering the use of the data governance package, combining Axon ADC and Informatica Data Quality together provides a comprehensive approach. I would rate it eight out of ten.
The people required for the maintenance of Informatica MDM depend upon the requirements of the clients who use the product. I would say that a team of five people that includes a solution architect who operates in a partial capacity would be good enough to take care of Informatica MDM's maintenance phase. I recommend the solution to those who plan to use it. I rate the overall product a nine out of ten.

Master Data Management is always only 20% implementation; the remaining 80% defines all other components. So, if users have the right process, the tool will do its job. The tool will do whatever we give input for. Informatica MDM is quite a good product in terms of mastering all the data and ensuring that we will be able to get a 360 degree of the master data. Overall, I rate Informatica MDM a nine out of ten.

I have been very satisfied with the feedback I was getting with Informatica Cloud Data Integration. Its automated performance enables the processing and integration of large volumes of data quickly and efficiently. I would rate this solution nine out of ten.
I'll probably look for another solution because it has stability issues. When it's needed, it's usually unavailable. However, it is a good product the way it's designed. It's a very good product, and it has a lot of features that are required for data governance. It moved all the Excel work to our web page, which can be accessible to everyone. It's a good product, but it needs some improvement. Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten.

Overall, I would rate the solution a seven out of ten. The solution gives us the visual features on how the quality is because back in few years or back some time ago. So it was, like, always a kind of hidden thing because, as a part of the data governance, we do have a lot of data dumped in the data warehouse. But relaying we have been just relying on the data warehouse. So we didn't know, like, it is really giving us the powerful insight, or it is really giving our quality data because it could be junk or anything. So, in that case, at least this solution definitely gives us the strength with the visualization part, which gives us, "Okay, these are the different types of data it exists and data. These are the different qualities where it can improve the quality."
In the cloud, Informatica has migrated to a different environment in a single platform named IDMC, on which one can have cloud data migration, cloud application integration, data quality, and data governance, making everything combined with a single platform. Earlier in our company, we had to rely on different software or platforms for each functionality, but now we can use a single URL and work on a single platform. I would like to speak about Informatica Cloud Data Integration's performance, which is too slow but works overall as a tool. To those planning to use Informatica Cloud, I would say that it is the second-best product in the marketplace, and soon it will become the leading product. On a daily basis, the product has been increasing their overall availability and performance .On a weekly basis, the product gives out some new updates while fixing its old defects. It will be a good product in the coming years. Improvements in the current product will continue for some time. I rate the overall product a seven out of ten.
On the evaluation, I have personally evaluated the migration work that I have done. So it is really easy for Informatica users who have been using the same on-prem product. For them, there won't be any challenges in learning any technical aspects of the cloud. So it is almost straightforward. And there are good services provided by Informatica, like integrated things and driver compatibility. So, everything looks much better when it is in the cloud. Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten.
I recommend Informatica Cloud Data Integration to others. It is user-friendly and supports connectivity to almost all devices. It has great technical support services as well. I rate it an eight out of ten.

At the moment, Informatica is the market leader within the MDM space, expanding into the latest data integration and management advancements. I don't see MS MDS in these areas. But then again, MS MDS has been treated as a legacy system within the organization, and we're trying to find a roadmap to replace it with Informatica by understanding what it offers comparatively. The solution is pretty evolved from an MDM perspective, and it seamlessly integrates with its product suite. We work with the on-prem version. We have seen the cloud version, but we're not there yet because it takes a long time to onboard all the businesses onto the cloud. The cloud version is still at a proof of concept stage. Before purchasing the solution, the user must understand the licensing and cost structure, as well as their professional support. All these aspects are important on an ongoing basis. Depending on the wide suite of products they offer, it's best to understand which products would suffice the business needs rather than having to roll out a full-blown MDM solution, which is not the case with all the clients. I rate the product a seven out of ten.
I am using the latest version of Informatica Axon. I recommend Informatica Axon to users as it is a good and flexible tool that gets the work done. Overall, I rate Informatica Axon a seven out of ten.
I advise others looking into using Informatica MDM in the future to have their use cases in order and know what they want to use it for. Overall, I rate Informatica MDM a six out of ten.
Informatica is a big name in the market and the tools are trustworthy, which is why our client chose Informatica Axon-EDC. I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
It's a good tool to start with in the beginning. The product is maturing and has not matured yet. If I look at the market, there are other tools that are providing this stable solution. I rate the overall solution between five to six out of ten.
I urge those planning to use the solution to understand how they are modeling data encryption and data governance activities. Suppose you are implementing without knowing your data quality and data governance. In that case, the installation of those sources through MDM is not affected. So better to better understand the basics. Then it will be helpful to use something specific. I rate the overall solution a seven out of ten.
I think there is a new Jira-driven event, Jira-driven data, for the flows and extensions. So in this power center technology, I think that it's complex to navigate through the solution without new technology. Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.

I give the solution a ten out of ten. We have a two-person admin team that takes care of the maintenance. I would recommend Informatica Data Quality as it has been consistently identified by Gartner as one of the leading solutions in the market.
I rate Informatica Cloud Data Integration eight out of 10. I recommend Informatica as an integration tool for large and medium-sized enterprises migrating to the cloud. Cost is something to keep in mind because Informatica might be too pricey for smaller companies. Large and medium-sized companies can easily afford it if they plan to use it as a one-stop solution for all their cloud integration and management needs. If you need a middle layer to build your pipeline, that can be achieved using Azure Data Factory or any other data integration tool. Still, Informatica has some advantages in terms of connectors and help desk resources. When you contact the Informatica help desk, you can speak with engineers who helped develop the Informatica platform, so they have rich experience with integration technologies. The product itself is highly reliable and suitable for your integration needs. Azure Data Factory has almost 80 percent of the same features, and it might work for you if you have a Microsoft ecosystem. Using Data Factory is cheaper. However, if you're a large or medium-sized organization or a reseller and your data is more valuable, it might make more sense to use Informatica at that scale. You'll be interacting with many more types of applications and might need to integrate the applications in various ways.
I would recommend Informatica MDM to potential users. Even though Informatica MDM does not come with data quality, Informatica as a whole has some of the right tools. We have embedded the MDM with the IDQ informatic data quality in ways we can interact. It is the best fit for non-SAP systems. On a scale from one to ten, I would give Informatica MDM an eight.
I would recommend that rather than implementing it on a complete whole enterprise project, start with some small system or a small project first. And from there on, you can move on one step at a time. I would rate the product an eight out of ten.
I give the solution an eight out of ten. There are three types of users, super admin, admin, and web users. The number of total users depends upon the license. Informatica Axon provides a license based on the number of users we have. The best data governance tool on the market is Informatica Axon. Axon EDC, Axon Data Catalog, and the data quality are the very best combination for cloud for data governance.
I recommend this solution to others. There is a large market in China for Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog. I rate Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog a seven out of ten.
I rate the solution an eight out of ten. The solution is good but can be improved by a buffer that saves data when there is a connectivity issue. I recommend the solution because it has existed for a long time, and a lot of people already understand the tool. Additionally, the learning curve is effortless compared to the other tools.
I'm working with the latest version of the solution. Informatica is a stable, easy tool. New users should go and explore it. There is improvement required in Informatica Application Integration; not the cloud. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten. We're quite happy with the product.
I give the solution a ten out of ten. As a partner, I'm very comfortable with the level of implementation and the technology involved independently of the price but for our customers whose primary concern is cost, the price of the solution is very high. The comfort and simplicity of the products are unbelievable. The ability to implement, operate, and develop is very easy. We reduce the time and know-how required for developers to implement Informatica Cloud Data Integration because of the easy deployment.

This is a good tool and others should use it. This solution is known for its ability to handle large amounts of data and in the market, there are not that many tools available. However, there are competitors in the market, such as Oracle and IBM. If an organization's data is very limited and they are not using large amounts of data, then I would suggest going for a smaller targeting solution, such as Dell Boomi. When it comes to large and secure data, I would recommend others to use this solution or SAP BODS or IBM. Informatica Cloud Data Integration has a nice GDP rating and a good European market. I rate Informatica Cloud Data Integration a seven out of ten.

We chose Informatica Cloud because we have Salesforce. If you're using Data Integration, App Integration, and many other features like operational insights, then the price is worth it. If you're only using the solution for data integration, then the price definitely isn't worth it.
I think definitely starting it up gradually, meaning don't buy the tool and then start trying to put everything in from the beginning. First, think about: What do I want to bring into the tool? Which sources do I want to go integrate with the tool? Which data, which business areas do I want to cover with that? You need to do a modeling exercise. You need to do some preparation work first and take it slow. Start small, take a specific business unit or data domain, and then show the value for your business. Then the budget will come, and you can do more with the tool. I rate this solution as an eight out of ten.

I would continue to encourage the upgrades that are taking place every other one in order to release the new and relevant features. I would rate Informatica Data Quality an eight out of ten.
I'm not an experienced user of it. I used it in workshops, and I use other Informatica products, so I have some relevant knowledge. I deal with the latest version of the solution. I'd rate the product nine out of ten and can recommend it to others to use.
The solution is suitable for enterprise or mid-size organizations. But if there are customer-related or different domain issues and it has some kind of regulatory impact and a lot of external agencies come into the picture, then it's always good to go with the Informatica Axon. I rate this solution eight out of 10.

We are moving to the cloud version. On-premises, we were on version 10.4.2, and that moved to 10.5. Soon, we will be on the cloud. We're using IDMC, which is not just Data Quality. It has governance, Axon, and other applications in it. We're just a customer. I'd advise people to research use cases before beginning. Companies need to understand what they are trying to achieve, figure out their requirements, and then appraise the solution. While Informatica is good in terms of Data Quality and is probably the leading option, you need to be clear about budget, et cetera. I would rate the solution seven out of ten.

We went with Informatica because we have functional and non-functional requirements with respect to the market data management of our customers and Informatica is a suitable product for their needs. This is a good solution although it's expensive and even though we are integrated with Oracle DB2, we're unable to integrate with multiple things. The market is changing and there are many more options so we have to think about the integrations of multiple databases. There are some additions or improvements that could be made so I rate this solution eight out of 10.
I rate this solution a nine out of ten. Regarding advice, it is a great solution, but users should understand their source and target system. For example, we also deal with Oracle Fusion, and it's a bit challenging to push data because Oracle has multiple models, financial supply chain and HR. Hence, it is difficult for a developer. Therefore, it is difficult to push data. They should decide whether they are comfortable using Informatica Cloud Data Integration as their middleware tool or whether they want to use Oracle or OCI. OCI is a different middleware tool owned by Oracle. Regarding additional features in the next release, Informatica Cloud Data Integration doesn't have image merging transformation or capability. We can do it without the solution, but it is a lengthy process. So, it would be helpful if they added the transformation to play with images and deal with invoices and financial data. We sometimes need to add 200 out of 800 invoices, and it's a bit challenging without the additional features.
Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) is a robust platform used by banks, financial institutions, and health sector organizations for data management, governance, and compliance.
IDMC provides comprehensive tools for data discovery, profiling, masking, and transformation. It supports Salesforce integration, real-time data streaming, and scalable data management solutions. Health organizations manage national product catalogs while financial entities focus on data protection and...
I rate the overall product a seven out of ten. If you don't have the budget for Reltio, then you can go for Informatica MDM.
Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
We couldn’t deliver the full project. I will not recommend the product to others. Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.
Overall, I would rate the solution a seven out of ten.
I advise others to understand their business use cases. I rate Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog a three out of ten.
I rate the product an eight out of ten.
I recommend Informatica Axon to others and rate it a seven out of ten.
I rate the product an eight out of ten.
I wouldn't recommend the tool to small companies due to price and integration. I would rate the tool a seven out of ten.
Informatica Business Process Manager is very good and I would rate it a ten out of ten.
I advise others to know their company's requirements before implementing the solution. I rate it an eight out of ten.
I am using the latest version of Informatica Axon. I recommend Informatica Axon to users as it is a good and flexible tool that gets the work done. Overall, I rate Informatica Axon a seven out of ten.
I rate the solution a seven out of ten.
I advise others looking into using Informatica MDM in the future to have their use cases in order and know what they want to use it for. Overall, I rate Informatica MDM a six out of ten.
I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten.
I think there is a new Jira-driven event, Jira-driven data, for the flows and extensions. So in this power center technology, I think that it's complex to navigate through the solution without new technology. Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.
I rate this solution seven out of 10.
It's a very good solution. And for any customer embarking on our data governance journey, Axon is the right tool to choose, along with ECD and Data Quality. I rate the overall solution a ten out of ten.
I give the solution a ten out of ten. We have a two-person admin team that takes care of the maintenance. I would recommend Informatica Data Quality as it has been consistently identified by Gartner as one of the leading solutions in the market.
I give the solution an eight out of ten. The solution is good and I recommend it as long as the pricing fits the organization's budget.
I would rate this solution as eight out of ten. I would recommend this tool to other users.
Take a look at your budget first and then proceed with this solution. On a scale from one to ten, I give Informatica MDM a nine.
I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
