I would say that those planning to use the solution should use it in an extensive way. So we have to do multiple rounds of testing before we decide to deploy. I rate the overall solution a seven out of ten.
We were an end-user of the product and then became a partner. The solution was acquired by ServiceNow. To work with the solution, we need to install the studio. However, it will be connected to the cloud. It's a Windows app that is connected to the cloud. I would have recommended the solution to others. However, as ServiceNow has acquired them, I've left the solution, and I am switching to other RPA tools. I'm not sure what ServiceNow will do with the product now that they have taken ownership. If a client is already a ServiceNow customer, I'd still recommend it. If they are not, I'd recommend they try something else. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.
One should use it as it is a great tool with easy-to-approach customer support. Besides, if you need any training regarding the tool it is provided on the INTELLIBOT tool itself, either directly or through videos. I would rate it a seven out of ten because it is an excellent tool, but there are some parts where I think it could be better than others.
If your teams are limited on cost, this solution would be a good fit. If there is a larger price budget, they could choose other solutions that might be better. This solution has been acquired by ServiceNow and it is not going to be sold as INTELLIBOT anymore. I rate INTELLIBOT a five out of ten.
INTELLIBOT is booming in India right now and we have heard a lot of good things from customer testimony. They are happy with the functionality and the training, and both me and my customers highly recommend it. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
