We did not encounter major challenges while integrating the product with existing systems. However, onboarding can be time-consuming, particularly when dealing with dependencies and migrating from older tools. In some cases, the process can take up to 15 days. I rate it an eight out of ten.
Earlier, we implemented the solution on-premises, but lately, we have been implementing it on the cloud because of our client's requirements. Overall, I rate IQ Bot a seven out of ten.
We create use cases before getting into the implementation stage. Automation Anywhere is coming up with a new tool called Document Automation. It’ll probably be better to use Document Automation rather than IQ Bot. It might have better features compared to IQ Bot. The challenges we face with IQ Bot will be completely eliminated in the new tool. Overall, I rate the product an eight out of ten.

IQ Bot is suited for both bigger and smaller companies because it is flexible on the pricing front. People from some smaller companies are also able to start with document extraction. Since the pre-trained models don't take much time for configuration and training, it reduces the cost. Overall, I rate IQ Bot a seven out of ten.
In today's digital world, where we hear about digital transformation everywhere, if anyone is really thinking about implementing something within their organization, the first step they should think of is using Automation Anywhere's tool. Within that, IQ Bot is really helpful, especially for processes that are not straightforward and have rule-based complexities. IQ Bot is an expert tool that can ease things and help us out in such scenarios. Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten.
It is easy to use IQ Bot to extract accurate data from a structured digital PDF. However, sometimes it is difficult to find the characters extracted by IQ Bot because it extracts '$' as 'S' and '0' as 'O.' IQ Bot's user interface is easy to use. A beginner, business analyst, or manager without technical knowledge can use IQ Bot. Overall, I rate IQ Bot a five out of ten.
I expect we'll increase usage because it's a super useful tool for our business team and it has a lot of use cases. I rate this product eight out of 10.
I would recommend trying it out in a proof-of-concept (POC) first to see if it provides the desired document classification results. I also suggest considering other options, such as Intellibot, as potentially easier to learn for this purpose. Overall, I would rate IQ Bot an eight out of ten. The reason for not giving it a perfect score is the need to create a new learning instance for every type of document, even if there are only slight changes. It sometimes fails to read certain types of documents, requiring the user to create a new learning instance.

My advice to others is for them to test out the solution. Subscribe and practice using it, you'll be amazed at the things you're able to do by yourself. IQ Bot was the first to tackle the problem of data extraction on documents, and it set the standard for others to follow. While other solutions have since emerged and improved in certain areas, IQ Bot remains the leader in the market. For us, it's a comprehensive and complete solution that has everything we need. I rate IQ Bot a ten out of ten.

I rate this solution a four out of ten based on our experience. However, the rating may differ with a new version and new functionalities. Regarding advice on this solution, firstly, I recommend choosing the best scenario and appropriate use case for a company. Secondly, investigate the technology and experiences of other companies. This is necessary because some companies declare that their servers work in different scenarios when they do not. Thirdly, make a proof of concept using this technology.
We are a partner of Automation Anywhere. I work with Automation Anywhere. I never worked with Power Automate before. I've been working with Automation Anywhere for the last four years, since version 10. Automation Anywhere is evolving. In the beginning, it had so many bugs. Things didn't work as expected. Now, with version A360 and also with A11, I can deliver all the business expectations with Automation Anywhere Enterprise IQ Bot. I've already deployed three environments. I also participated in two big migrations without any hitch, without any problems. They're well-documented by Automation Anywhere and the product is very reliable. I never faced a platform downtime, big downtime, with the platform doing application error. I haven't had even database issues. What I can say about Automation Anywhere is that Automation Anywhere just delivers everything I need to deploy all business processes, no matter the line of business. If you were talking about manufacturing, if you were talking about finance or insurance companies, I can deploy and automate almost all processes using Automation Anywhere. I'd rate the solution an eight out of ten.

I would advise potential users to go for IQ Bot if they have a standard format for a particular PDF. Even if there are multiple types that are configurable and if the quality of the images is good, this is definitely much better than others. It does a commendable job. On a scale from one to ten, I would give IQ Bot an eight.
In my present company, I was the one who bought RPA and, as part of that solution, we had also gone ahead and bought IQ Bot. We have a team of eight people who are using the solution. The bot is structured so that it is used by different people for a variety of activities. One is for master creation, both of an employee and a vendor being involved in the system. Therein we get third party documents, which can be read by the bot. The second concerns the extensive use of the solution that we employ for the reading of invoice copies. The third concerns the nutrition elements. So, we have roughly two to three people from each function who use it, meaning fewer than 10 people utilizing it at present. While it is a manned bot, everybody has a schedule. Every Monday morning, for two hours, we handle nine or ten with HR. The recruitment is dealt with on the first Monday of the week. That's when natives run by HR the nutrition or other items. We typically run it on Nemesis, because that's when we have twigged our back-end system to get the deliveries on the deal set date, whereby we can use the bot at one signal run. This is the point at which we have done the scheduling to manage the bot. One should not implement this solution until he has the desire to do so. We received it as part of a bundled offer, meaning we had to look for solutions allowing us to make use of it. Only if there is a large amount of scanning, such as a case in which 90 letters produce highly voluminous activity, is an IQ Bot the best solution, absent which a person can manage without the bot. We had already considered HR, but only for the searching of around 20,000 or 30,000 tickets. If a person has the desired volumes, I would rate IQ Bot as an eight out of ten.
Compared to UiPath or Blue Prism, IQ Bot is the most stable RPA product at the moment. Automation Anywhere has come a long way. If someone is straight away looking at IQ Bot as a potential solution, I would suggest that they do a proof of concept and see their ability to scale their particular process. Each and every process, business process, they bring will be different. So, it's good to start with the proof of concept and then scale according to the need. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate IQ Bot at seven.

I rate IQ Bot at eight on a scale from one to ten. I reduced it by two points because of the cost and because the handwritten reading feature could be improved. I would recommend IQ Bot as long as the client is able to afford the cost. The advice I would give would be that there are some databases in which this feature could be utilized very efficiently using conditional queries and regex. So, it would just be a matter of the client exploring the tool and working with the tool thoroughly.

I would definitely recommend this solution. It has advanced a lot over time. They had a lot of versions, which had a lot of improvements. As compared to other RPA tools that are dealing with PDF or scanned documents, IQ Bot is definitely the best solution. I would rate IQ Bot an eight out of ten.
My advice is to start with a good partner that can help build your expertise. Either bring in some people or collaborate with a partner. Overall, on a scale from one to ten, I would give this solution a rating of eight. There's always room for improvement, and this industry is growing and changing. Still, IQ Bot is a leader.

My advice for anybody who is implementing this product is that it's quite important to well-define what the problem is, in order to have an efficient development cycle. The biggest lesson that I have learned from using IQ Bot is that it's important to carefully consider the scope of the project in order to avoid any pitfalls. You don't want to try automating things that are not viable, or not suitable for automation. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.

From what I have seen in the industry, most organizations need intelligent document processing, because if you are using RPA, you have a financial department where you're doing invoicing or procurement, you're running purchase orders, or you have inventory, which requires inventory reconciliation. Every organization deals with documents, and the digitization of documents will increase the scale and scope of your process automation somewhere between 20% to 40%. You can also easily increase your ROI. This is the main task which requires a large manual effort with a lot of human error. You can reduce all those errors and your expenses. This tool automates it all and things are processed more accurately and quickly. On top of that, it works 24/7. You do have to know how to use this tool, how to train the templates, to create that efficiency. It's part of the challenge. The main point is when you do a POC, you need to measure the cost of the software licenses, implementation, training, deployment versus your ROI. You have to make sure that if you're buying this IDP tool, then you are trying to get at least a substantial ROI. More importantly, the organization needs to have a vision as well as identifying the right use cases for IQ Bot. I have seen a few cases where organizations did not understand how this tool can be used and they didn't achieve the ROI. I would rate this solution an eight out of 10.

If it has to do with a straightforward structured form, this solution works very well. If you are looking at an unstructured environment with a lot of variety there is some instability in terms of ease of use. It may be better with the 2019 version, but it is something that should be considered before they decide to implement this product. I would rate IQ Bot a seven out of ten.
I would say first to do another determination to see if it's worth it. For example, if you are a banking company and you tell me that I'll have a lot of checks that will need to be verified, I would say that's fine, because the format of the checks will be standard. Although you would have to identify the handwriting. But still, at least the amount of coding is easier. However, if you are doing B2B or B2C, and you have multiple invoices coming in to you, I would say don't do it. Because in India, they're very strategic. I can have a person actually putting it into Excel and then I can have a bot taking over. So that's why I already see that it's very important. The technology should be business-oriented. So unless it is a high-ticket item they won't even talk to me, because business is first. So if you are trying to host a business on your product it is never going to fly. And the problem with automation is that it is close-ended, it is not initial. They are pointed towards automated scenarios. You can download a version and do things, but they won't listen to the guys who write the code on the ground technical level. They have a different way of operating, because at the end of the day, it is just business. Their mindset is to catch on to the top-level bosses or leaders. You can do it for a couple of months, or maybe a year or two. They launched version 7.3 two years back, all with multiple backers. In two years you are ensuring that you are out of date. Do you think any product with a life cycle of two years is worth it? I don't. You don't even get value return in two years. Because of the building of the bots, building on a higher component, it takes minimum three years or more to break even. And that is with your bot not completing your applications. On a scale of one to ten I would rate IQ Bot a 7.

I would suggest that if you have a complex process that requires decision making then IQ Bot is an option, but if it's a regular situation where there's no decision making and it's normal automation, then it may not be necessary. It depends on the automation process. I would rate this solution a seven out of 10.
At this point, IQ Bot has only been running for a couple of months. In time, I will have a better understanding of the product, including its advantages and disadvantages. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
I would say that IQ BOT Automation Anywhere was one of the leaders in the industry. Still is, and I think we initially invested a lot on Automation Anywhere and that's why we continued using it. However, it doesn't mean that Automation Anywhere doesn't have the caliber yet. It has a very strong capability set. And that was perhaps the reason why we went for Automation Anywhere. I would recommend it. It has been a good pleasure using the product. I would rate it eight on. a scale of ten. The reason is the intuitiveness and the second one is the range of machine learning algorithms that, when I was using it, was not there.
IQ Bot technology is good and it is a solution that I can recommend for a conventional user. When it comes to people who are from a non-programming background, I think that IQ Bot is fine. There are solutions that require people having programming skills, especially in .NET, which makes developing and managing the bots easy. This is not the case with Automation Anywhere. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

What is IQ Bot?
IQ Bot is a leading, highly-regarded next-generation Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution and part of Automation Anywhere, which is the industry leader in the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) marketplace.
IQ Bot utilizes various AI technologies, such as fuzzy logic, machine learning ( ML), computer vision, optical character recognition (OCR), and natural language processing (NLP) coupled with the strength of RPA to instantly identify, export, and authenticate...

My advice for anybody who is implementing this solution is to be very sure about how the data is going to be mapped from one business process to the other and how the whole process will work. The mapping is very, very important in order for IQ Bot to work perfectly. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
