IQ Bot is expensive compared to other solutions. On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive, I rate the solution's pricing a seven out of ten.
The pricing is reasonable. When we compare Automation Anywhere with UiPath, the cost is completely reasonable in Automation Anywhere. That is one of the main reasons why we implemented more Automation Anywhere compared to UiPath. Moreover, we did not have any issues with the licensing model itself. However, managing the licenses was our internal task. Sometimes, if we overlooked licenses that were nearing their expiry dates, we didn't have enough time to purchase new licenses. We would have been without licenses for one or two months. But when we reached out to the Automation Anywhere support team, they provided us with extensions or license renewals near the expiry date. This gave us some more time to purchase the new licenses. The procurement phase was a bit challenging at that time, but the support team was really helpful.

The price of IQ Bot could improve by being less expensive. As a provider, my perspective may be biased. However, the pricing is reflective of the complexity and capabilities of the technology. The more complex the extraction needs, the more sense it makes to invest in IQ Bot. The platform, which is integrated with Automation Anywhere, offers added value that sets it apart from other solutions. For companies that need to address both simple and complex situations, the pricing may be reasonable. However, for those only looking for a narrow solution, it may seem expensive. This is usually reflected in our customer base.

Pricing for IQ Bot isn't good because if you're paying a lot and you're still getting some problems from it, then you can't give it a good rating. You have to compare how much you're taking out of your pocket with what you're getting from the solution. For example, I have a client paying $30 or $40 for the solution, but sometimes, he's still getting exceptions or errors from it. The cost of IQ Bot is too high, so people are hesitant to purchase the license for it. On a scale of one to five, with one being expensive, and five being affordable, I'm giving IQ Bot pricing a one.

I don't have details about the cost, but we evaluated the unit cost compared to other solutions like Hyperscience, which were very similar. It will be good if the price is lower.
The licensing is under usage per page, and I wouldn't recommend it. You should buy it unlimited rather than be restricted in terms of the number of pages. The pricing has room for improvement. If I had to benchmark all three RPA vendors, I would say that UiPath is cheaper than Automation Anywhere. The second would be Automation Anywhere in terms of flexibility, which beats out UiPath and Blue Prism. This latter is just brewing in India and has yet to grow to the preferred size, as they do not have any customer care based out of the country. It is, instead, based out of the United States, something which does not help me.
With the Cloud, the price goes up and down. You only pay for what you use. If it goes up, you pay for it, and then if it goes down, you don't pay for it. It really depends on what you use. The cost can be a problem. You have to have a good strategy, and you also have to monitor what you use. If you're not planning properly and you're not taking advantage of the bots and the resources you need, there might be some issues.

There are more affordable solutions than this. For example, with UiPath, you can download the software, install it, and start working with it. You don't have to pay for anything until you want to connect to the centralized servers. It is very nice.

There are others like Automation Anywhere offering similar kinds of bots for less. Most of the platforms are the same, and most of the features are the same, but not the licensing cost. That is an area they can rethink and reduce the licensing cost to help most users.

There are cheaper solutions on the market, but it involves more negotiating. Typically, everyone starts at a higher price and negotiate to a lower price to compare with other vendors. The pricing is complicated but I wouldn't say that they are expensive.
We are using the Community Edition of Automation Anywhere that includes IQ Bot. The package that includes Automation Anywhere and IQ Bot starts at $10,000 USD.
What is IQ Bot?
IQ Bot is a leading, highly-regarded next-generation Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution and part of Automation Anywhere, which is the industry leader in the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) marketplace.
IQ Bot utilizes various AI technologies, such as fuzzy logic, machine learning ( ML), computer vision, optical character recognition (OCR), and natural language processing (NLP) coupled with the strength of RPA to instantly identify, export, and authenticate...
The product cost is relatively high compared to other tools in the market. I rate the pricing a five out of ten.

The product’s price is always in the higher range. We pay for everything as a bundle.
The solution is cost-effective compared to other market tools. We pay a monthly licensing fee for it.

IQ Bot's pricing is reasonable compared to other solutions but should be decreased further.
It's an expensive solution but we get good results and the benefits outweigh the cost.

If you make use of only a few bots, this solution is very cheap.
