Sometimes, there are some areas due to the product getting corrupted, but it is okay since Kaseya IT Center fixes the problem quickly. In the past, we had some big issues with the product's servers being down for around three weeks due to some ransomware attack that happened at a global level. Not only our company but everybody in the world who was using the product was affected by it. The product has improved its security level, and presently our company doesn't face any problems with the solution. I recommend the product to others who plan to use it since it is a nice product that allows you to do your job easily while allowing you to take care of the troubleshooting part.
