I would like to see MDM integration improved. It seems strange that it's not included. It's difficult to manage company phones without it. Many employees use company phones for work, even for tasks that involve PCI compliance. Currently, we have to use a separate MDM solution. I'd like to see better mobile device management (MDM) integration. At least make it compatible with the MDMs I actually like. Good ones.
Kaseya has currently fixed some of the issues related to Kaseya Live Connect (KLC). In Kaseya, agents are shown as offline at times, and it is an area that is being improved. Our company's clients have had some issues due to the agents being shown as offline in the tool at times. Our company doesn't have remote access and can't run the scripts for our clients who use the product, so it is important for us to focus on and ensure that agents are active.
I would like to see faster development for scripts for when something needs to be updated. At times, there is degradation in performance. It may have to do with the connectivity or lack of domain controllers, but we are not sure.
