Right off the bat, I would let potential users know that making your staff aware of the risk of being attacked by phishing, spoofing, and malware reduces your end users' mistake level by 70%. Having a 70% risk reduction looks good for everybody. The nice thing about it is, if you want to try it, there is a POC available, so you can have a proof of concept. You can run it for 30 days and pick how many users you want to run it on, and then if you're happy with that, you can buy the product. I would rate this solution as a 10 out of 10.
In the past, customers were concerned with the lack of support for different languages. This is something that has already been improved, are in the process of improving, and it is almost solved.
