I've been specialising in MFT solutions since 1999, so have quite a lot of experience in this space. I know Thru's platform well, having featured on their webinars and my company Pro2col resells Thru to customers. In my opinion Thru is the #1 Cloud first MFT solution provider. They've been cloud first since the start, their application scales horizontally, dynamically as you'd expect and connects to the leading iPaaS platforms. In addition, its native automation capabilities have come on loads during 21/22. Definitely worth looking at if you want a cloud based solution. Of course, there are others which I could mention but this isn't the forum.
