I am satisfied with the malware detection capabilities of the solution. At our company, using the product we haven't found any incidents or threats that couldn't be easily resolved. Most of the customers of Trend Micro ServerProtect in our organization belong to the Healthcare industry. I have witnessed smooth integrations with Trend Micro ServerProtect. I haven't yet noticed any AI capabilities in the product. I would recommend others to adopt Trend Micro ServerProtect as it can be easily installed and managed. The product assists in administration. The solution is a perfect fit for the SMB segment. I would rate Trend Micro ServerProtect an eight out of ten.
It's not about what this solution can do. It's about providing value for your money, and I would recommend it to any organization that wants to stay protected. Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten. The solution offers valuable insights, and it has proven itself in different scenarios. So, you know, in our company, we have different branches and environments, but we haven't been affected. That's because we prioritize our clients and have a strong digital vision. So, yeah, we are pretty satisfied with the solution.

Trend Micro ServerProtect can be deployed on-premises or on the cloud, or hybrid, e.g. however you want it. It's for service, so it's not a specialized cloud product. Trend Micro has a cloud workload protection solution that is specialized for the native cloud: Cloud One, but in terms of this solution: Trend Micro ServerProtect, you can install it on-premises, or on the cloud, e.g. it's a "bring your license" type of solution. My expectation in the next five years is that Trend Micro ServerProtect will be EOL (end-of-life), and what will remain is their cloud workload protection solution (Cloud One). We only have three clients who are using this solution, at this stage. I'm definitely recommending Trend Micro ServerProtect to others who may want to start implementing it, especially in a virtualization environment. I'm giving Trend Micro ServerProtect a rating of six out of ten. I don't give anything a ten. I will never give a product a score of ten, unless it's the perfect product that'll never be hacked. A score of six sounds low, but it's not low, because there is no ten for me.

I think all the solutions for endpoint protection are quite good, so if someone is looking for a product they should check the pricing because that's where the major difference is. Most of the solutions get the job done and they are good at detecting threats I would rate this product an eight out of 10.
The advice I have for people considering this product as a solution is that I would recommend to go ahead and work with this product. Do an evaluation based on your setup and see if it suits your environment. It is definitely a good product to work with. Take time to choose the components you need based on your evaluations to keep the costs lower. On a scale from one to ten when one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate this product as a nine-out-of-ten. Nothing is really perfect.

We use the on-premises deployment model. We never got to test the cloud, but I believe there was a big advantage to using the cloud. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.
