There are no specific challenges I faced while using the product. I haven't used the solution to support any AI-driven projects. In our company, we need to have remote access to our labs because if not, people have to move to the laboratory, and we will spend a lot of time working. I don't know the features of VNC Connect that improved our company's support capabilities. I rate the tool a six out of ten.

Other than convenience factors, for the most part, the tool does what we need. There are features that would be nice to have, but they are a little bit beyond the scope of a VNC-type application. The tool must provide more integration to enable configuration and compliance. I maintain the solution. The maintenance is not complicated. The product provides access to a single workstation. It doesn’t broadcast to push out updates. We do not incorporate AI into our workflow. VNC Connect does what we need, and it lets me get down with my job. I don't know of any other tools with similar capabilities that are any cheaper. I will recommend the solution to others, but it is not inexpensive. It may not be the right tool for some applications. However, it is the right tool for our environment and our application. Technically, I rate the product a nine or ten out of ten. Since we are facing some challenges with support, I rate the product a seven out of ten.

We don't allow our end-users to have admin access to the machine. I have to use a different way to connect to the machine if the machine wasn't previously set up by me or one of my team members. I would recommend this solution. We have evaluated quite a few other tools and VNC Connect is our main go-to. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
