I have worked with many BPM tools and one I have not used but making waves is https://www.gbtec.com/. It's a central source of truth from top, down for all things process including documentation/mapping, analysis, tracking, risk, etc. Also, looks like process mining and AI supports their tools.They are well established in Europe and starting to make their way to the US.

There are so many BPM tools out there. Personally, I use BIZAGI Process Modeller-you can try it out. Plus ARIS-very powerful tools.
