Hello community,
Yes, many CRMs are provided by the brokerage, but I am looking for something that I can take with me if it doesn't work out. Also, most new agents don't make much money their first year, but still need something that they can continue using for many years. So initially, price is a factor.
I also need something easy to use, that I also run on my phone or tablet.
I'm looking for something specifically for Real Estate. It seems like there are a ton of CRMs out there, but not that many at my price point that have a full Real Estate feature set.
Which CRM solution would be the best fit?
Thank you for your help.
Zoho CRM offers flexibility in the form of customization and capabilities created for any business, allowing users to manage contacts, track properties, set up appointments, and keep tabs on deals.
Users can easily access and manage their data anywhere using Zoho's mobile apps. Productivity and responsiveness will increase as a result of being able to stay in touch with your leads and clients.
Zoho CRM has a low pricing structure.
I've had a lot of success with monday.com CRM. I've set up a number of Real Estate & Mortgage brokers with monday.com and they are usually very happy with the result. It is a bummer you have to pay a minimum of 3 licenses for their software, but it's only $60/month for that. Monday has put a lot of new features into their CRM in the past couple of years and the product really does show it.
Bigin CRM by Zoho is probably the most cost-effective CRM I've seen, and once things get going and you can afford something a bit more feature-rich, it can be easily rolled into Zoho CRM without any issue. My 2 cents anyway.
