I think the most important part of any CRM is how well it is supported. The question is about evaluating CRMs, and it is nearly impossible to learn everything that you need to know about the tool without assistance. Having someone available that can answer questions about the product can save you a ton of time, particularly if you are comparing several solutions.
Plus it is important that if the company has separate Sales and Support departments you talk with support staff so that you know what you will be getting months and years after you have decided on the right CRM for you. Just talking to Sales staff during the decision-making process can give you the impression that something is far better than it is. It is important to learn if you can get support directly over the phone, how long it takes for them to return calls, how knowledgeable they are, and whether are they able to answer your questions thoroughly.

Sales reps must enjoy while using the CRM app. It should have a modern UI, great UX, Visual Sales Pipeline, activity tracker, reporting and contact management. There should be option to customize the app as per my requirements.
