Most of the features are free. I'm not entirely certain, but I believe the pricing is generally very low. Some services that are part of Ops Manager might have associated costs.
There's no price component to Systems Manager. Anyone who has an AWS account and who is already using EC2 Instances on AWS is free to use Systems Manager.

Price is one of the biggest pain points with Services Manager. The pricing shoots up if there's a surge in demand. There needs to be a better alert system for the pricing that sends notifications with suggestions about what we should do to avoid these surges
